“Together, we keep the store running.”
Alina is part of our project coordination team and acts as a link between our project coordinator – Alexandra Garatzogianni – and the project staff.
Could you give as a short introduction of yourself, Alina?Â
I’m working as Project Manager and Business Developer for the Leibniz University of Hannover (Germany), having an academic background in (international) business management (Master of Science) with a strong focus on innovation and strategic management, enriched by international experience, e.g. at Sorbonne University in Paris. Last stops before joining the Tech Transfer team in Hannover: Several consulting companies, most recently KPMG, and Corporate Strategy department for e-mobility and infrastructure at Volkswagen AG.
What are you currently working on? What are you responsible for?
Working as a project manager, I’m responsible for the day-to-day coordination of project-related activities and tasks as well as the administrative management of the project, coordinating the implementation of the plans, analysing critical processes or proposing strategies to improve the performance. Basically, it’s all about planning and monitoring, cost and time management, preparation of review meetings, presentations and the timely submission of high quality deliverables and reports to the European Commission.
I’m acting as a link between our project coordinator – Alexandra Garatzogianni – and the project staff. Together, we keep the store running.
What is your motivation to work within a project like TRUSTS?Â
The chance to get something innovative and EU-wide significant off the ground, together with a multidisciplinary consortium consisting of 17 scientific and economic partners from nine countries!
Why are you working in TRUSTS?Â
To promote innovation and technology within the EU and beyond, uniting and bringing together all relevant stakeholders.
Could you finish the sentences? I’m known for …
… being organised & structured and sometimes a bit too finicky 😉
My best moment in TRUSTS so far was …
Every moment is the best moment!
Thank you – for the interview and for all your effort to keep the project running!Â
